Hey there! My name is Chad Johnson and thank you for visiting my site. Many of you know me from The Bachelorette, The Bachelor In Paradise3 , or Famously Single 2. Although I am portrayed as “The Bad Guy” on The Bachelor Shows, I assure you in real life I am far from that. I have been on a few reality shows now and if you know one thing about me, its that I stay in great shape. Fitness has been a huge part of my life for many years now. I’ve been a personal trainer, as well as I have been working out off and on since age 16 and during that time I have learned quite a lot. Over the years I have created a diet and fitness plan that allows me to have cheat meals and drinks quite often and still stay in shape! I am passing along this knowledge to you in hopes that I can make your fitness goals easier to achieve.

Although I have been workout out for many years, I never fully took fitness seriously until just under 3 months before The Bachelorette began filming. With this being said, these are photos of my personal transformation.
